Notice is hereby given that on
Tuesday, March 31, 1981 an elec-
tion will be held in Dayton Public
Schools -- District No. 8, Yamhill
County, Oregon. The polls will be
open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The following question shall be
submitted to the qualified voters
thereof:
SPECIAL TAX LEVY EXCEEDING
6% LIMITATION "A" BALLOT
Shall School District No. 8 be au-
thorized to levy $304,549.80 out-
side the tax base for operation of
schools during 1980-81?

increased costs of operation, sal-
aries and fixed charges. If this
measure is approved, $930,192.86
of the taxes levies will be financed
partially by the State of Oregon

serial levies for capital construc-
tion. This levy is to finance the
basic instructional program of the
