NOTICE OF BUDGET AND
REVENUE SHARING HEARING
At 7:30 p.m. on Juno 26, 1978 at
the Dayton City Hall, the Common
Council will hold a public hearing
for the purpose of discussing the
budget and the use of Revenue
Sharing Funds for the City of
Dayton for the fiscal year 1978-
1979, beginning July 1,1978.
Any person may appear to dla-
cuss the budget or any part of it. A
copy of the budget document may
be inspected or obtained between
the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00
p.m. at the Dayton City Hall.
The first Notice and Summary
was published in the Dayton Tri-
bune on June 8, 1978.

NOTICE OF CITY OF LAFAYETTE
BUDGET HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a
meeting of the governing body of
the City of Lafayette, Yamhlll,
Oregon will be held at the Lafayette
City Hall on the 28 th day of June
1978 at 7:30 PM. for the purpose of
discussing with interested persons
the budget for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 1978 and ending
June 30, 1979 hereafter set forth.
The budget was prepared on a
basis of accounting consistent with
that used in preceding years.
The budget document was pub-
lashed in its entirety June 8, 1978 In
the Dayton Tribune. The document
includes Anti Recession, State Rev-
enue Sharing and Federal Revenue
Sharing Funds.
A copy of the budget document
may be inspected or obtained at
Lafayette City Hall between the
hours of 9:00AM and 5:00PM.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the Board of Commissioners of
Yamhill County will hold a Public
Hearing on Wednesday, June 21,
1978, beginning at 10:00 A.M. In
Room 105, Yamhlll County Court-
house, McMinnville, OR, to con-
sider a proposed URBAN
GROWTH BOUNDARY for the
City of Dayton.
1. Docket: G-52-77
Request: Public hearing to con-
sider the proposed Dayton
Urban Growth Boundary.
Applicants: Dayton City Council
and Yamhill County Board of
Commissioners.
Any person wishing to speak for
or against the above proposal may
do so in person or by attorney at the

written testimony will be received

Mr. and Mrs. John Jones (nee
Laura Lee Shuck) are parents of a
daughter, Desi Rae, born the first
of June. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Shuck
were up to see the new great,
granddaughter June 4.
Mrs. Dorothy Ford accompanied
Mrs. Marie Benjamin to Roseburg
on the first June weekend where,
on Sunday, they attended the
graduation of Mrs. Benjamin's
granddaughter Cindy Paul from
Roseburg High School.
Mr, and Mrs. Wes Wesala of San
Francisco were overnight guests

Mrs. John Fuqua is at the Mc-
Minnville hospital since Tuesday of
last week recovering from pneu-
monia.
Carl and Belle Wood returned
June 8 from a two month trip which
took them to 19 different states.
They returned in time to help
grandson Kevin Wood celebrate
his 13th birthday with a party and
barbecue.
The WaUy Wood family spent
the weekend on a camping trip to
Estacada. Boating and fishing were
enjoyed in the rain.
Mrs. Hilja Ojua entered the
Salem Memorial Hospital last
Wednesday for knee surgery and is
recovering satisfactorily.

RAMONA CIRCLE MEETING
The Ramona Circle WSWS of the
Pioneer Church met at the home of
Mrs. Dorotll,y. Myers last Friday
afternoon. A lovely dessert was
served around a beautiful decorat-
ed table.
Mrs. Alva O'Dell gave the mis-
sionary emphasis, and Mrs. Myers
gave the devotions. There were
