Four generations were p~sent li) The Johnsons just couldn't live with indoor pollution any longer. Yet many people do. Everyday. In homes with old-fashioned, flame-type heating systems. Flame heat often creates indoor pollution. Soot and grime that build up on curtains and furniture. Even in the air you and your family breathe. But you don't have to live with indoor pollution. You can stop it by converting to electric heat. Electric heat is flameless. Pollution- free. There's no soot, no grime, and no smell. Anywhere. Just plenty of clean, even warmth where and when you want it. Do something about indoor pollution now. Just fill out and mail the coupon at the right to Portland General Electric Company. You'll get a free heating computer survey that gives you all the answers and takes just slightly longer than unpacking your suitcases. E B m
